Shape
Matrix Multiplication: 3 of 16
In this chapter you will practice reading the shape of the result before computing any values. C takes its rows from A and its columns from B, so a 3-row A times a 2-column B gives a 3 by 2 result. Reading shapes first tells you whether two matrices can be multiplied at all.
