Stop Showing Demos: What I Learned Teaching AI to 100K People by Hand ✍️
Webinar, Creators, Champions
Nine years ago, I was in a Zoom webinar, ready to demo a new 3D modeling platform I had built.
The tech was solid. I had practiced for days. The webinar had even been announced in a popular newsletter about 3D printing — I was excited to demo to a large crowd.
But when I started… no one came. An empty room.
I sat there, waiting, staring at the screen — and I felt terrible.
I didn’t realize it then, but that moment was the start of a much bigger lesson:
People don’t show up for demos.
They show up to learn something that matters to them.
Since then, I’ve taught AI to over 100,000 people by hand — using sketches, plain language, and trust-first teaching.
I’ve also worked with AI companies as a consultant, helping them develop better strategies to educate their users in language that builds clarity and confidence.
I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way — and this talk is your chance to learn from them.
In this 60-minute live session, I’ll share three hard-earned lessons every AI founder, AI product lead, or AI application builder needs to hear — especially if you're tired of re-explaining what your product does, or why it matters, but no one seems to listen.
For the next 72 hours, I am keeping the registration link private only for the newsletter subscribers, so that YOU have the first chance to register before my Zoom meeting capacity (300) is reached. After 72 hours, I will publicly announce to the social media.
